System that automates the lifecycle tracking of corporate GRC documents. Processes PDFs in Google Drive, extracts key dates and metadata with Gemini AI, and sends expiration alerts via Slack before the team has to review them manually.
Features:
Result: The GRC team stopped manually tracking 100+ documents. Since implementation, no document has expired without prior notification.
Daimler Truck México | May 2024 – May 2025
The Risk Analysis Committee received data from multiple dealers in different formats and consolidated it manually each month. RiskPulse standardized capture, automated consolidation, and centralized visualization in Power BI.
Solution implemented:
Result: The consolidation process that took several days per month now runs automatically. The committee accesses updated data in Power BI without manual intervention.

Desktop Python application for consolidating SICOM reports. The previous process required opening and copying each commercial file one by one; SICOM Data Miner selects a source folder and generates the consolidated period file in seconds.
Functionality: Source folder selection, batch processing, data validation, and consolidated file generation by period with a graphical interface.

KPI dashboard for the entire business partner network. Sales, service, and parts metrics visualization segmented by dealer, with trend charts by region and conversion indicators.
Result: Consolidated metrics from the entire dealer network into a single view, eliminating the need to generate manual reports by region.
Azteca Construcciones Industriales | Jan – Aug 2021
Cloud system for real-time tracking of resources and construction project progress. Replaced static spreadsheet tracking with a mobile application connected to Google Cloud Stack.
Stack: Google Sheets as database, Google Drive for document storage, AppSheet for the field mobile application.
Result: Field teams went from updating spreadsheets at the end of the day to logging progress in real time from the construction site, reducing data entry errors and improving supervisor visibility.
